Support the Managing Director in the preparation and presentation of reports, proposals,
budgets and related activities in servicing and developing contracts and relationships with
stakeholders and partners
- Proven experience in CRM Implementation
- Task Management/Sales software exposure like zoho sales, lighthouse etc
- Creating the dashboards of Sales and Operation Team
- Support the Managing Director in the preparation of all documentation required for key
decision making as required
- Day to day planning and organization of the Managing Director’s diary.
- Dealing with the Managing Director’s post and correspondence.
- Set up meetings and appointments, organizing venues and hospitality for visitors etc.
- Service the board including the production of agendas, minutes and key papers.
- Document minutes of all meetings as directed by the Managing Director.
- Undertake mailings and communication as directed by the Managing Director.
- Set up and maintain the integrated electronic and paper based filing systems.
- Work with the communications team to maintain and develop databases and mailing lists to
ensure they are current and up to date at all times.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other departments
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Oversee the performance of other clerical staff
presentations, reports
- Ensure necessary records are maintained that can readily provide current, accurate and
accessible information
- Any other duties appropriate to the post
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support
experience.
2. In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite/CRM Implementation
3. Graduate in any discipline (MBA would be an added advantage)
4. A positive and enthusiastic approach
5. Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
6. Ability to quickly build good working relationships at all levels and collaborate effectively
with a range of internal/external contacts
7. Displays attention to detail
8. Maintains Discretion and confidentiality
9. Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
11. Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
