Recruitment Coordinator

.Key Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to attract a diverse
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to
streamline processes.
4. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment coordination or HR administration preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws and regulations.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
