**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and driven IT Recruiter with up to 1 year of relevant experience to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands the IT hiring ecosystem and wants to build a long-term career in tech recruitment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines.
- Maintain and update internal databases and hiring trackers.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 01 to 4 year of experience in IT recruitment (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and other professional networks.
- Good understanding of various IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR/Technical preferred).
