- Manage the full recruitment process including interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, Recruiter, or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software/tools.
- Strong networking skills and the ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
