_Specifically, your responsibilities in this role are: _
- Build, grow, and maintain a network of IT resource contacts across a range of IT disciplines, for opportunities in Canada and the US.
- Recruit IT resources in Canada and the US according to specific technical and non-technical criteria, while working under varying time constraints, differing from one client/req to the next (anywhere from same-day submissions to 1 week).
- Rate and salary negotiations with contractors and employees, cover counter offer scenarios and other important details every step of the way to ensure high-closing ratio.
- Assist in the process of responding to government tenders and completing matrices, as needed.

ABOUT THE REQUIRED SKILLS:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in IT recruiting, specifically on hard-to-find technologies for contract positions; previous experience recruiting for US-based roles preferred but not mandatory.
- High sense of urgency.
- Adaptability - ability to analyze and take different approach for different types of requirements and clients
- Understanding of broad range of IT terminologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret job descriptions and run searches independently, using a number of different tools at your disposal.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and requirements; effective prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Experience using various Social Media platforms to find and connect with IT talent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, of course
- Experienced working on Fulltime Hiring, W2/C2C

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Pay: ₹9,281.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
