**Job Purpose**

To lead and execute all activities related to BSS, OSSS, NMS and new Projects. Developing new partners for execution with a view to ensure timely execution of Projects with optimum cost, time and quality at highest productivity levels.

RFP process and documentation for services in case of new vendors/Projects.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- New Deployment of nodes (BSC/RNC/OSS/NMS )
- Inventory management
- Fresh material induction planning from vendors to align with the rollout plan.

Inter circle material movement to meet the rollout plan & schedules.
- Automation and Digitization of Project reporting, consolidation activities including productivity enhancement in overall Program management
- Work cross functionally and collaboratively with all functions, departments and circles to ensure achievement of key business parameters are achieved. Eg. Reuse of inventory, removal of switched off Nodes, Ramp down of Network nodes as per plan.
- RFP process for new services/ partners.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to interface with other stake holders.
- Understand RAN technologies, Basic understanding on OSS. NMS, IT and Information security.
- Experience in delivery of large and complex projects
- Presentation skills
- 10-20 years of Telecom experience.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**
- Bachelor in Electronics and communication Engineering.
- Project management certification (preferred) Prince/PMP etc
