- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in OSS/ BSS domain

- Preferably worked with design, development and integration for fraud management and revenue assurance systems

- Excellent communication and customer facing skills

- Knowledge of unix (unix variants - solaris, linux, etc)

- Work with customer for Data collection related activities

- Hands on oracle (architecture, sql, pl/sql)& development

- Hands on scripting languages (i.e. Unix)

- Experience in SS7 Protocols

- Good understanding of support processes.

- Manage installation, integration & operations activities.

- Manage client relationships and deliverables

- Coordinate Installation and Integration activities

- Business Analysis for FMCC & RA Implementation

- Acceptance Testing of Product

- Perform Site Surveys, liaison with Customer for ensuring Site availability ?

Desired Skills :

- Good Knowledge of Unix (Unix variants - Solaris, linux, etc), Oracle, My SQL, Shell scripting, SQL/PLSQL.

- Requirement gathering and analysis, and appropriate documentation capabilities

- Ability to understand logical configuration steps

- Good client interfacing skill

- Understanding of business scenario in telecom domain

- Excellent persuasive and influencing skill

- Should have good analytical skill

- Should have good trouble shooting Skills :

- Experience in server administration.

- Experience at Database administration.

- Capabilities in FMCC & RA implementation and SS7 :

- BE/MCA degree from a reputed institute
