Job Location : Work from home (Permanently) Job DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic and people-centric HR Lead to oversee and drive the full spectrum of Human Resource functions. The ideal candidate will partner with leadership and employees to foster a high-performance culture, support organizational growth, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Performance Management, and Compliance.1) Talent AcquisitionLead end-to-end recruitment strategy to attract top talent. Partner with hiring managers to forecast workforce needs and ensure timely closures.

Must have IT (software development, devops, QA) Hiring exposure with stronger candidate screening expertise.2) Onboarding New Hire Orientation: Provide new employees with information about company policies, benefits, and procedures. Help manage and track onboarding documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.3) Organization DevelopmentImplement OD initiatives to drive culture transformation and business alignment.

Support change management, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. OD programs tailored for each employee to support growth and retention.4) Performance ManagementDrive the performance management cycle including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews. Align performance outcomes with business goals and reward strategies.

Performance monitoring of new joiners to ensure early alignment and accountability.5) Career & Succession PlanningDevelop career paths and growth opportunities for employees. Identify and groom high-potential talent for key leadership roles. Improved candidate quality – both technically and culturally.6) Competency ManagementDesign and implement a competency framework to assess and develop employee capabilities.

Integrate competencies with hiring, performance, and development practices.7) Employee Motivation & EngagementImplement strategies and programs to boost morale and team motivation. Drive engagement surveys and action plans to improve workplace satisfaction.8) Compensation & BenefitsDesign and manage competitive compensation structures and employee benefit programs. Conduct regular benchmarking and internal parity checks.9) Payroll & HRMIS ManagementOversee payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain and optimize HRMIS for employee lifecycle management.10) Workforce & Compliance ManagementMonitor workforce metrics including headcount, attrition, and productivity. Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR operations.11) HR Policies & GovernanceDraft, review, and implement HR policies aligned with company values and labor laws. Conduct periodic audits and ensure adherence across departments.12) AutomationAutomate the initial screening of resumes to shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria.

Should initiate automating HR activities for continuous performance, Competency skills, Training and Implementation, Leaves tracking, Employees Reports, other HR Activities.13) Training and DevelopmentConduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design learning interventions. Manage internal and external training programs for skill enhancement.

Suggest training programs based on employee roles, performance, and career aspirations. Help track and report on employee progress through various training programs.14) Employee EngagementCreate and analyse employee engagement surveys, helping HR identify areas for improvement. Regularly gauge employee sentiment through quick, anonymous polls or pulse surveys.15) Event ManagementPlan and execute employee events, recognition programs, and CSR activities.

Promote a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture. Desired SkillsMust be proficient with Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Power point

Strong understanding of HR operations, Indian labor laws, and HR technology platforms.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
