**Job Purpose**
- Responsible for providing strategic leadership to Enterprise service Operations.
- Manage and govern the deliverable KPI’s to the Enterprise Business and to the Enterprise customers.
- To drive and evolve Vodafone Idea’s Enterprise network (spanning across 23 circle) operationalization of network element growth, encompassing network elements, upcoming transport network elements being planned for expansion,
- Responsible for the overall cluster performance of the network services availability by way of effective fault management by minimizing the adverse impacts of incidents and problems on the customer business caused by errors or by any other means.
- Engagement with Enterprise teams - Working on Fault trend analysis data and customer feedback and that of the teams’ front ending the customer for fixing the gaps in the network to achieve the SLA.
- Service fault management with correct RFO/RCA analysis, proper solution, corrective action plan and Implementation.
- Govern the OSS Solutions for Enterprise products & services for Vodafone Business Services (VBS) teams
- Vendor Management - Govern and manage the managed service partners and vendors responsible for providing the services to Enterprise customers.
- Budget planning, revenue management and ensuring cost effective solutions are provided and cost control is in place.

**Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience**

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

- 15-18 years of IT / Tech. role with Minimum 8+ years in Telecom OSS domain with proven experience in KPIs, Benchmarking and Optimization of Networks, Service Level SLA, analysis, recommendation and implementation of continual service improvement.
- Ability to drive cross-functional teams and vendors for meeting the KPI’s agreed with the customer and the organizational KPI’s.
- Expertise in Multi-vendor OSS/BSS Applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivating and able to work under mínimal supervision.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

- Graduate/ PG / Engineering
- Knowledge of Multi-vendor OSS/BSS Applications
