**Job Purpose**

The intent of this role is to Execute and Governance of Circuit Core projects pertaining to nodes other than IMS viz - NDS, STP etc along with CODE team, Relevant partners/Vendors to ensure high quality future ready Network across 23 circles of PAN India.

**Key Result Areas/Accountabilities**
- **Modernization & Consolidation**:New nodes of Circuit (CS) core and expansion. I**ncludes** MSS, HSS, HLR, HSS, MGW, FE/BE (NDS), OSS/NeTAC, Virtual nodes
- **Cloud Deployment related efficacies**: Most of deployment since 2020 is cloud based and that leads to changes in deployment planning and strategy on environmental prerequisites. Understanding of Cloud Deployment and Application on boarding becomes key.
- **New Technology Implementation / Technology Transformation**:4G/5G, VNF towards CNF are key for FY23.
- **Central support to all circles** for Centralised / strategic execution of the Core project as per PAN India business needs and ensure smooth handover to Operations.
- **Understanding Technology Security** - ensuring that all new nodes inserted into network are secured and have qualified MBSS.

- Should have at least 10+ years’ experience in managing stakeholders, large projects PAN India.
- Ability to drive along with executional capability to complete project in challenging time scales with efficiency. Dynamic and versatile in approach to adapt highly volatile environment.
- Technical knowhow - Especially on VNF, CNF, On-Prem Cloud deployment
- Excellent Presentation & interpersonal skill. Powerful stakeholder Management Skill and Leadership Quality to lead the team. Creative and Innovative in Nature.
- Should have strong experience (& knowledge of existing Network) in working with strategic partners and should be able to manage matrix reported structure of over 15 to 18.

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**

**Engineer with PMP or Equivalent Project Management Certification
