Job Description:

- Develop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.

Pre-production
- Assisting the technical team with checking patterns/specifications and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and making a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
- Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
- Auditing inward fabric and trims and ensuring only quality goods are accepted.
- Involvement in product development and sampling stage and take care of quality aspects of samples.
- Preparing audit report of the fabric and trims quality.
- Conducting pre-production meetings before production starts.

Production
- Perform in-line inspection and end-of-line inspection in vendor units.
- Perform inline inspection and final inspection
- Audit of the packed goods prior to sending them to the warehouse.
- Responsible for creating, analyzing quality reports, and preparing improvement plans.
- Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.

Skillset / Requirement:

- Graduate preferably from the têxtile/apparel background
- Experience in women's wear preferred. (Knits & woven)
- Knowledge of AQL standards, as well as relevant safety and quality regulations
- Fluent with English, Hindi, Tamil, and Kannada preferred.
- Should be able to read & correctly interpret tech packs, must have knowledge of patterns, and understand the behavior of fabrics.
- Flexible to travel to vendor locations and Warehouse.
- Flexible to work on Sunday when required. ( Monday to Saturday is mandatory)

Experience - 3 to 4 years

CTC offered - upto 4 LPA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,263.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
