**Brief**

We at GO DESi explore and build confectionery products inspired by local and regional traditions, flavors, formats, and memories. We ensure that our product meets all the quality standards before it reaches our consumers.

We are looking for a Quality control Executive who is thorough, observant, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the best quality product to our consumers.

**What you can expect in a Quality control Manager role at GO DESi**
- Implement the quality control systems/standards for the processes, units, physical system, and environment.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines at all manufacturing locations.
- Comply with the standard procedure of manufacturing and inspect the final outputs.
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Set the requirements for raw materials, intermediate, and 3rd party products for suppliers and monitor their compliance in the manufacturing units.
- Ensuring the best quality of product and minimum customer complaints through stringent quality control checks and finished product inspection.
- Communicate and share reports about quality standards to keep all stakeholders on the same page.

**Requirements**:

- Masters in Food Science or Food tech.
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage
- Experience of 2-3 years.
- Willing to relocate to Sira.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- You are detail-oriented and keep a result-driven approach to work.
- You desire to work in a fast-paced environments
- Fluency in Kannada.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
