**Quality Control Executive**

Job Summary:
The Restaurant Quality Control Executive is responsible for ensuring that food quality and safety standards are met in the restaurant. This role requires strong attention to detail and knowledge of food safety regulations. The Quality Control Executive will also be responsible for training restaurant staff on food handling and safety procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that food quality and safety standards are met

Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant to ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Monitor and analyse customer feedback and complaints regarding food quality and service

Train restaurant staff on food handling and safety procedures

Implement corrective actions to address any quality or safety issues

Develop and maintain relationships with food suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of ingredients

Conduct audits of inventory and supply chain to ensure compliance with quality standards

Collaborate with other restaurant managers to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Maintain records of quality control activities and report findings to management

Qualifications:
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and time management skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Bachelor's degree in food science, culinary arts, or a related field (preferred)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
