- ** Cost Optimization**: Identify and implement strategies for cost reduction while maintaining quality and service standards.
- ** Cash Transaction Audits**: Audit all cash transactions to prevent discrepancies and ensure transparency.
- ** Risk Management**: Measure and implement effective risk controls to safeguard company operations.
- ** Process Improvement**: Identify gaps in processes through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and other methodologies, and define improvements to enhance overall quality.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed audits and create comprehensive reports.
- Knowledge of risk management and cost optimization practices.
- Certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO auditor) is highly desirable.
