Fragrance & Beauty: QC Executive at Givaudan - Your future position?

As a Quality Control Executive, you will responsible for the Inspection, analysis and control fragrance manufacturing processes, procedures and regulations to maintain or improve quality of production processes and efficiency, and to ensure and execute compliance on every stage of the process.

In this role you will,

Provide support to the Quality Managers by performing timely analysis of report data, from multiple sources.

Responsible for on-going collection & reporting of quality metrics; gathering all complaint data, manufacturing site and supplier quality metrics and analysing for trends, and reporting appropriately.

Write and revise standard operating procedures.

Implement quality assurance regulations.

Participate in continuous improvement processes for simplifying quality and manufacturing related processes while also driving improvements in quality effectiveness.

May liaise with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the

Organization and quality standards.

May support quality training coordination.

Update and maintain all departmental technical documents, procedural manuals.

Your professional profile includes:
Master degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry; Engineering or related discipline.

3- 5 years of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance or related field in a similar industry

Handling of the Instruments like GC, GCMS, Auto titrator, Flash point, Melting point, Specific gravity, Polarimeter, Refractive Index.

Working knowledge on GC and troubleshooting and understanding on synthesis of chemicals.

Knowledge on GC and other analytical equipments and understanding of SAP is preferred.

Good verbal and written communication skills in English
