**Quality Control Executive**

**Job Title: Quality Control Executive**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control procedures to ensure adherence to food quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of restaurant operations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and internal policies.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints, addressing any issues related to food quality and service promptly.
- Train restaurant staff on food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures to maintain high standards of food safety.
- Implement corrective actions to resolve any quality or safety issues identified during inspections or from customer feedback.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with food suppliers to ensure the quality and safety of ingredients.
- Conduct regular audits of inventory and supply chain processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with other restaurant managers and staff to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.
- Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities and report findings to senior management. Qualifications:

- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the restaurant industry.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to identify and address quality issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for training staff and interacting with suppliers and customers.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle various responsibilities effectively.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Bachelor's degree in food science, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Location Requirement**: - Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Bengaluru, Karnataka, before starting work is required.
