**Position Summary**:
As a Quality Control Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards in our printing processes. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with various teams to uphold our commitment to delivering top-notch printed materials.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Inspect printed materials thoroughly to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address quality issues at various stages of the printing process.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain detailed records of quality control inspections and provide regular reports to management.
- Train and educate production staff on quality control standards and procedures.
- Investigate customer complaints related to quality and work towards effective resolution.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in printing technology to enhance quality control measures continuously.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in quality control within the printing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with printing technologies, materials, and industry standards.
- Knowledge of quality management systems is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
