**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct regular quality checks at various stages of production to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods for quality and consistency.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections and test results.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures and policies.
- Identify defects or deviations and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, and R&D teams to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, or other relevant quality standards (if applicable).
- Train and guide production staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in quality control in the flexible packaging, printing.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, testing methods, and inspection procedures.
- Ability to analyze defects, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
