- manufacturing process, safety parameters, durability, warranty etc )
- Price and quality evaluation and finalization of Vendors
- Periodic audit of outsourced components at mfr / supplier’s location to ensure the
- components meet all pre-defined quality control parameters and the components that we
- procure are consistent with all pre-determined parametes
- Setting up threshold limit ( ROL ) for component procurement based on production plan,
- lead time requirement etc
- Setting up of SOP for Purchase Process

CUSTOMIZATION AND ASSEMBLING
- Preparation of Customization / Assembly manual
- Setting up the Assembling Sequence and Process
- Developing of SOP on Quality control
- Review and implementation of utilization of proper tools and test instruments (Right tool for the Right job)
- Setting up Training program for customization team
- Periodic appraisal of customization team on quality and performance
- Implementing corrective measures to address customer feedbacks on product quality and
- performance
- Pre-Delivery Inspection and Certification
- Proper Documentation process for customization and assembling

**Experience : 3 to 5 Years**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
