ABOUT THE ROLE
A Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for all aspects of recruiting for organization and plays a critical role in
ensuring it's hiring the best possible talent.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Understand the job requirements and draft optimal Job Descriptions for roles within the organization.
- To schedule and execute recruitment and selection of employees by updating job specifications and job
information for all open positions.
- Identifying and selecting, sourcing the talent from various job portals, recruitment consultants, references/referrals
and head hunting.
- Screening, short listing, scheduling interviews and participating in salary negotiations.
- Handling mass/ bulk recruitment through advertisements, networking, database building and web sources.

**Requirements**:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Solid communication skills with strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
