Assessing the Scrum maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, in a continuous and sustainable manner.

Providing support to the team with a servant leadership style and leading by example.

Profile
Prior working experience of total 6 years and minimum 3yrs as a Scrum Master in a scrum (preferred) or agile team.

Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.

Experienced in coaching teams and supporting PO in backlog refinement.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced and changing environment.

Experience in working with distributed teams and scrums of scrums structure will be preferred.

Agile certifications in CSM, CSP, PSM, PPO or PMI-ACP,SAFE Agilist will be a plus.

**Salary**: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
