1. Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies: The Scrum Master is responsible for facilitating the key Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. They ensure that these ceremonies are productive and help the team to achieve its goals.

2. Promote and support Agile/Scrum principles and practices: The Scrum Master should have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum principles and practices and should be able to promote and support them within the team. They help the team to continuously improve its Agile/Scrum practices and processes.

3. Work with the product owner: The Scrum Master works closely with the product owner to ensure that the product backlog is properly groomed, prioritized, and refined. They ensure that the team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals.

4. Help the development team to identify and resolve impediments: The Scrum Master is responsible for helping the development team to identify and resolve impediments that may prevent them from achieving their sprint goals. They work with the team to find solutions and remove obstacles.

5. Coach and mentor, the team: The Scrum Master should have strong coaching and mentoring skills. They help the team to understand and follow Agile/Scrum principles and practices and support the team in continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:
*Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-6 years of experience working as a Scrum *Master in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully leading Agile/Scrum teams and delivering high-quality products.

*Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. *Knowledge of Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, GitHub board, Azure Devops Board. Certification in Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
