**Job Description**:
The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices,

rules, and values. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand their interactions with the

Scrum Team.
- Supporting the Product Owner and Development Team to deliver value
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and the organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values
- Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team on how to get the most out of self-organization
- Helping to refine and groom the Product Backlog with the Product Owner
- Assessing the agile maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is

sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
- Removing impediments (people, process or tools) that hinders agility within the team
- Building a safe environment to stimulate innovation
- Assisting with internal and external communication, and improving transparency leveraging visual dashboarding

to keep information up to date
- Manage stakeholders outside the team as required Skills & Requirements:

- Scrum Master certifications (PSM I, CSM, PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
- Total overall experience of 12+years. In this overall experience, should be playing the Scrum Master role for at

least 4 years for a Scrum Team
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual

improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
- Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different

organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
- Knowledge of other approaches discussed in the Agile space: XP, Kanban, Nexus, LeSS, SAFe,DevOps etc.
- Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous

Integration, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Software development background is an advantage
- Responsibility:

- Scrum Master, scrum team building, cadence and scrum workshop facilitation.
- Assist the Artificial Intelligence team and work across different stakeholders.
- Interface with IT and TDT to ensure IT compliance. Skills: (important to have from my perspective) - Experience in

leading delivery with Agile / DevOps methodology. - Experience as scrum master and agile coaching - Experience

Agile Practice, Agile delivery and Project Delivery Framework is a plus - Ability to deal with ambiguity - Deliver at
