Post Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients following the sale. Address and resolve any issues or concerns related to the product or service.
- Order Management: Oversee the fulfillment process, including tracking order status, managing deliveries, and ensuring timely completion of transactions.
- Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve any problems or complaints related to products or services. Collaborate with other departments to find effective solutions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and feedback. Update CRM systems and generate reports as needed.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in post-sales processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred..
- Proven experience in a post-sales or customer service role..
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
