About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated Pre-Plan Counsellor to join our team and play a vital role in promoting our wellness plans to consumers and ensuring their journey towards better health is a success.

Position Overview:
As a Post-Plan Counselor at Laiqa, you will be at the forefront of our consumer engagement efforts. Your primary responsibility will be making outbound calls to women to explain our wellness plans, and you will also play a crucial role in following up with them.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Consumer Outreach:

- Initiate outbound calls to women to explain our wellness plans.
- Provide detailed information about the benefits of our wellness programs and answer any questions or concerns.

2. Follow-Up Calls:

- Continuously monitor and follow up with women who have expressed interest in our wellness plans but have not yet signed up or progressed in their journey.
- Identify the specific challenges or obstacles they are facing and offer tailored solutions and support.

3. Maintain Consumer Records:

- Keep detailed records of consumer interactions, including call outcomes, preferences, and feedback.
- Update consumer profiles with accurate and relevant information in our CRM system.

4. Product Knowledge:

- Stay updated on our wellness plans, their features, and their benefits to effectively communicate with consumers.

5. Achieve Sales Targets:

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by successfully converting interested consumers into customers.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our wellness plans.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with consumers.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
- Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve sales targets.

**Salary**: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
