**Position Overview**:
As a Sales Executive Intern at Invision Acres, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate sales. Under the guidance of experienced professionals, you will contribute to various aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while developing essential skills and knowledge to thrive in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Utilize various channels such as cold calling, networking events, social media, and referrals to identify potential leads and prospects interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Property Presentations**: Assist in preparing and presenting property listings to clients, highlighting key features, amenities, and benefits to effectively showcase the value of each property.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscapes. Use insights to identify market opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales contracts, arranging property viewings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues across departments, including marketing, finance, and property management, to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and campaigns.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service excellence.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the real estate industry.
