We are hiring urgently for Customer sales Executive

**Position**: Post Sales Customer Service Executive
**Location**: Unit 25 B, Tower B2, Ground Floor, Spaze iTech Park, Sector 49, Sohna Road, Gurgaon, Haryana - 122018

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide product-related assistance and guide customers in using the services effectively.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Contribute to building customer loyalty and brand trust.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver solutions independently with mínimal supervision.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage tasks independently and think on your feet.
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

**Work Schedule**:

- **Working Days**: 6 days a week (4th Saturdays off)
- **Timings**: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
- **Work Location**: On-site (Gurgaon Office)

Salary - 20k to 25k
