**Profile Introduction**:
The Restaurant Captain will oversee the daily operations of the dining room, manage the service team, and ensure that all guests receive high-quality service. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding guest experience.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and seat guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Ensure that all guests receive prompt, attentive, and personalized service throughout their dining experience.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the service staff, including servers, bussers, and runners. Provide training, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and adherence to service standards.
- Oversee the dining room to ensure smooth and efficient service. Address and resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Monitor the flow of orders and ensure that all dishes are presented to guests in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
**Profile Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting, with a proven track record of leadership and service excellence.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, including fine dining and casual dining practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
