- 18,000 To 22,000 Per Month + Food And Accommodation

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 4 Years in hospitality industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of proven experience as a Sr. Steward / Captain with restaurant property

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff during service hours.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations, including seating arrangements, order taking, and service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Train and mentor restaurant staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and service quality.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Uphold food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for guests.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
