**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve targets.
- **Recruitment**:

- **Client Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Understand clients' business objectives and industry trends to offer proactive recruitment solutions.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and deliver results.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software/tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruitment is desirable but not mandatory for freshers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:
