**About Us**:
Ecomav Private Limited is a leading manufacturer specializing in cotton bag production, dedicated to quality and operational excellence. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Production Manager to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the entire production process of natural and dyed reusable bags, ensuring quality control from raw material inspection to final product.
- Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Coordinate with dyeing, weaving, cutting, and sewing departments for seamless production flow.
- Monitor production to ensure adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Address issues related to dye lots or fabric contamination, taking appropriate action or informing management.
- Implement efficient production practices to optimize resource use and minimize waste.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, defects, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to implement quality protocols and address concerns.
- Submit daily production reports (cut to pack) to management, ensuring data accuracy.
- Monitor and manage cash vouchers for production-related expenses.
- Order threads, spare parts, and other materials to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Prepare and submit fabric wastage reports, and implement strategies to minimize wastage.

**Requirements**:

- Hardworking, honest, and able to solve problems as they arise.
- Know when to consult with management before making decisions that impact costs or affect other workers.
- Experience in production management.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and train a team.
- Knowledge of quality control and safety standards.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to keep accurate records and manage production data.
