**1. Job Description(Role & Responsibilities)**:
(a) Proven experience in quality control or analytical laboratory settings, with expertise in a wide range of analytical techniques, including pH, TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometry, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis and UV spectroscopy.

(b) Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Pharmaceutical Sciences
(c) Strong understanding of QC documentation practices, SOP preparation, and regulatory compliance requirements in relevant industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food and beverages).

(d) Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

(e) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information clearly and concisely.

(f) Commitment to upholding quality standards, safety protocols, and ethical practices in all aspects of work.

**3. Key Skills**:
(a) Perform quality control tests and analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using a variety of analytical techniques, including pH, TLC, LOD, KF, chemical analysis, flame photometry, ash percentage determination, heavy metal analysis and UV spectroscopy

(b)Ensure adherence to established QC procedures, protocols, and specifications in accordance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

(c) Document and report test results accurately and promptly, maintaining meticulous records and documentation in compliance with QC documentation standards.

(d) Identify and investigate deviations, discrepancies, or abnormalities in test results, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

(e) Participate in the development and optimization of QC procedures, methods, and protocols, contributing insights and expertise to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

(f) Prepare and update SOPs, protocols, and other QC documentation as needed, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

(g) Contribute to the maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment and instruments, performing routine checks and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure accuracy and reliability of results.

(h) Stay informed about advancements in analytical techniques, regulatory requirements, and industry trends, continuously expanding knowledge and skills to enhance performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
