We are looking for a

**QUALITY CONTROL EXECUTIVE**

Location: Kadi, Mehsana, Gujarat

Work Timings: Monday to Saturday, 10am to 6pm

**Qualifications and Skills-**
- B.Pharma / M.Pharma or M.Sc Chemistry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Good knowledge of quality control testing techniques and instruments
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations

**Role & Responsibilities-**

Should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.

Should ensure that all analytical instruments and equipment used in testing are regularly calibrated to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

The Calibration records should be thoroughly maintained to demonstrate instrument performance.

The detailed test results, procedures, and observation records should be meticulously maintained.

Should ensure that proper documentation is maintained for traceability, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

Should review all data and documentation to ensure compliance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.

Should ensure that all quality control records, including test results, batch documentation, and investigations, are archived and maintained for a specified period, as regulatory authorities require.

Should ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards.

He/She will be responsible for conducting quality control tests, analysing results, and providing feedback to the production team.

**Should have handled the following QC Equipment -**

High-performance liquid chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Oral solid dosage (OSD) equipment, UV Visible Spectrophotometer, Infrared Spectrophotometer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS), Karl Fischer, ph, Potentiometer, Polarimeter, Refractometer etc.
