We are urgently looking for **Quality Control Manager** for one of the **Wire & Cable** manufacturing Industry at **Kadi,** Ahmedabad location.

- **B.E/B.Tech
- **Experience:

- **10-15yrs

**Job Description:

- **
- Should assist management in new product development and prepare product design.
- Coach, develop, and manage the Quality department, and staff members.
- Ensure efficient and effective departmental workflow.
- Lead the Quality agenda within the organization and lead quality initiatives.
- Share discovered quality-related issues and best practices across departments.
- Facilitate implementation of policies, standards, and systems related to improving quality.
- Maintain ISO-compliant quality management system and monitor subsystems.
- Compile, analyze, and manage quality-related data and share feedback.
- Ensure product quality planning and process engineering on the New Product Development.
- Formulate policies for measurement, testing, and inspection methodologies and protocols.
- Travel as needed to customer or supplier sites to ensure the attainment of quality standards.
- Work with the management to establish quality goals, and lead regular department review meetings.
- Develop and manage the budget for all quality assurance equipment and department expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
