**Qualification**:

- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering
- Additional certification in Production/Inventory Planning (preferred)

**Key Skills**:

- Production planning & scheduling
- Inventory & material planning (MRP)
- Strong Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)
- ERP/MRP software knowledge (Tally ERP, SAP, etc.)
- Coordination with production, purchase, stores & dispatch
- Daily MIS reporting
- Strong communication, pressure handling & follow-up skills
- Knowledge of BOM, routing & capacity planning

**Job Profile (Key Responsibilities)**:

- Plan and execute daily/weekly/monthly production schedules
- Coordinate with the production team for timely job completion
- Monitor raw material & tool availability; raise requirements
- Track WIP, finished goods & material flow
- Handle production delays and urgent order rescheduling
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, and dispatch teams
- Analyze plant capacity and suggest improvements
- Maintain production documentation and MIS reports
- Follow up with all departments to prevent production loss
- Ensure quality and delivery timelines
- Support monthly audits and reviews
- Generate reports on production status, material use & tracking
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions
