**Key Responsibilities**:
**Production**:

- Monitor and manage daily production activities to meet output targets.
- Coordinate with the planning team to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency.Shine

**Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Maintain maintenance logs and ensure compliance with safety standards.

**Quality Control**:

- Inspect incoming raw materials and outgoing finished products for compliance with quality standards.
- Utilize instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and height gauges for precise measurements.

**General**:

- Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline (excluding Civil and Computer Science).
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control methodologies.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

**Experience**:

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
