**Key Responsibilities**:
**Welding**:

- Perform various welding tasks to maintain and repair factory equipment and infrastructure.
- Inspect and maintain welding tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute precise welding projects.

**Plumbing**:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, valves, and fixtures.
- Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues promptly to prevent production interruptions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations in all plumbing work.

**Machinery Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on factory machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and machinery performance.

**General Maintenance**:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks across the factory, including electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring mínimal disruption to production.
- Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety protocols and industry standards.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance and repair work conducted.
- Prepare detailed reports on equipment status, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding maintenance needs, progress, and recommendations.

**Qualifications**:

- ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certification in a relevant trade.
- Proven experience in welding, plumbing, and machinery maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
- Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
