**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Preventive Maintenance Oversight**:
Coordinate the scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance tasks for all rigs to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules and compliance with company standards.
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including schedules, inspections, and equipment histories.
- Generate reports on PMS compliance, performance metrics, and equipment reliability.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
Serve as the main point of contact between the Head Office and rig maintenance teams.
- Communicate maintenance schedules, updates, and any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- **Resource Allocation**:

- Coordinate the availability and dispatch of spare parts, tools, and other resources required for maintenance activities.
- Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of maintenance resources.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all PMS activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Track certifications and inspections for equipment and ensure they are up-to-date
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Identify maintenance-related issues and collaborate with field teams to resolve them promptly.
- Provide support for troubleshooting equipment failures and other technical challenges.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze maintenance data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Recommend enhancements to the PMS process to improve reliability and reduce costs.

Pay: ₹15,715.25 - ₹89,833.91 per month
