**Preventive Maintenance Oversight**
- Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for rigs to minimize downtime and ensure efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to maintenance schedules in line with company standards.

**Data Management & Reporting**
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities (schedules, inspections, equipment history).
- Generate reports on compliance, performance metrics, and equipment reliability.

**Communication & Coordination**
- Act as the main point of contact between Head Office and rig maintenance teams.
- Communicate maintenance updates and schedule changes to stakeholders.

**Resource Allocation**
- Ensure availability and dispatch of spare parts, tools, and resources for maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with procurement/logistics teams for timely delivery.

**Compliance & Safety**
- Ensure all PMS activities follow company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Track certifications/inspections of equipment and maintain updated records.

**Problem Resolution & Continuous Improvement**
- Resolve maintenance-related issues promptly with field teams.
- Analyze data to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance equipment reliability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
