We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Executive to join our team in Santej, who will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our manufacturing operations.

**Role Overview**:
As a Maintenance Executive, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of manufacturing machinery, filling and packaging machinery, and utilities. Your role will ensure that all equipment operates smoothly, minimizing downtime and maintaining high standards of productivity.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manufacturing Machinery Maintenance**:

- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues promptly to avoid production delays.
- **Filling & Packaging Machinery Maintenance**:

- Perform maintenance and repairs on filling and packaging machinery, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet quality standards.
- Oversee the calibration and adjustment of equipment as needed.
- **Utility Maintenance**:

- Manage and maintain utility systems to support uninterrupted operations.
- Address any utility-related issues or emergencies promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in machinery maintenance, preferably within the cosmetics or manufacturing industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in operating and repairing industrial machinery, including filling, packaging, and utility systems.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
- **Attention to Detail**: Detail-oriented with a focus on precision and quality in maintenance tasks.
- **Communication**: Effective verbal and written communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting maintenance activities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
