**Job Title: Organizational Psychologist**

**Job Summary**:
As an Organizational Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources function of our organization. You will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, drafting and managing necessary documentation such as offer letters, relieving letters, and experience letters. Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews, perform reference checks, manage attendance and leave records, and handle various other compliance-related tasks. Your expertise in organizational psychology will contribute to fostering a positive work environment, enhancing team engagement, and building a strong work culture among employees. In addition to the responsibilities outlined earlier, you will bring your expertise in child psychology, neurodiversity, and inclusive education to create an inclusive and supportive work environment for our employees. You will collaborate with various teams to develop strategies, provide guidance, and implement initiatives that promote the well-being and development of both children and employees.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Welcome new hires, provide them with an overview of company policies and procedures, and address any initial queries or concerns.
- Coordinate with administration team
- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company culture, values, and expectations.

2. Documentation Management:

- Prepare and draft offer letters, relieving letters, and experience letters in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

3. Exit Process:

- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and assess employee satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive exit reports based on feedback received, highlighting trends and suggesting actionable recommendations.
- Process necessary paperwork for employee separations, including preparing relieving letters and updating relevant records.

4. Reference Checks:

- Conduct reference checks for potential hires, verifying employment history, qualifications, and character references.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements while conducting reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records of reference checks and document findings as per company guidelines.

5. Attendance and Leave Management:

- Monitor and manage employee attendance records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Process leave requests, maintain leave records, and communicate leave balances to employees.
- Collaborate with HR and managers to address attendance and leave-related issues, providing guidance and support as needed.

6. Compliance and Miscellaneous Tasks:

- Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant internal policies.
- Collaborate with HR and legal teams to develop and update compliance-related documentation, such as employee handbooks and policies.
- Undertake miscellaneous administrative tasks and provide support to the HR department as required.

7. Team Engagement and Work Culture:

- Design and implement team engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop programs that promote employee collaboration, creativity, and innovation.
- Conduct surveys or assessments to gather feedback on employee satisfaction, work culture, and areas for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and strategies to enhance employee engagement and build a strong work culture.
- Organize and facilitate team-building exercises, workshops, or training sessions to promote effective communication and teamwork.

**Requirements**:

- Master's degree or higher in Organizational Psychology, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding processes, documentation management, and exit interviews.
- Familiarity with Psychological wellbeing of employees.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport with employees at all levels and handle sensitive conversations.
- Proficient in using HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
