Intern Psychologist

**Role Overview**:As a Psychologist Intern you will serve as the cornerstone of our operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of therapists, clients, and administrative processes. Your role will involve handling clients, supporting therapist performance, resolving client challenges, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our therapy services. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about mental health and adept at multitasking within a collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Client Handling
- Explain psychotherapy to Clients who enquire.
- Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs, preferences (individual or couple counseling), mode of counseling (online or in-person), timeline, and budget.
- Build rapport and trust through empathetic, professional communication.
- Provide clients with detailed information about psychotherapy, pricing, and therapist profiles.
- Match clients to the most suitable therapist based on preferences and availability.
Client and Therapist Coordination
- Assist Sr. therapists in addressing and resolving client-related challenges to enhance therapy outcomes.
- Schedule and manage client sessions, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Address financial concerns raised by clients and offer empathetic guidance.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical communication standards.
Performance Tracking and Development
- Monitor and evaluate Sessions on a weekly and monthly basis to ensureTherapy quality and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights and feedback to support Therapy and improve Therapeutic efficacy.
Follow-Up and Engagement
- Engage clients in an empathetic way to ensure they remain steadfast in their sessions.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-up schedules to enhance client retention.
- Ensure every Client receives a tailored, engaging experience from inquiry to resolution.
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain an organized database of clients, therapist schedules, and service records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on session hours and key metrics.
- Analyze trends and share actionable insights for process optimization and continuous improvement.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- A Master’s degree in psychology or a related field is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an empathetic approach.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
