We are seeking an experienced Child Psychologist who will play a crucial role in providing guidance and support to our students, fostering their emotional well-being and creating a positive learning environment. **Key Responsibilities: -**
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations of students to identify emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns.
- Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students dealing with various challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administrators to develop and implement effective intervention strategies.
- Develop behaviour intervention plans (BIPs) for students with challenging behaviours.
- Attend Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals and accommodations.
- Offer workshops and seminars to enhance students' social and emotional skills.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student cases and provide insights.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in child psychology and education.

**Qualifications and Skills: -**
- Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in School Psychology or Child Psychology with a focus on child and adolescent psychology.
- Experience of working with students from grade 9 to 12.
- Certification or licensure as a school psychologist, if required by the state or school district.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in child psychology or related field.
- Strong assessment, counselling, and crisis intervention skills.
- Proficiency in English with the ability to communicate complex psychological concepts effectively.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.
- Familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and interventions for children.
- Knowledge of school policies, educational laws, and regulations related to student services.
