Assess patients with mental health conditions of all age groups in the OPD
- Carry out tool-based assessments as appropriate
- Able to do comprehensive aetiological formulation and therapy plan
- Detailed and timely reporting of assessments with scores and interpretations
- Psycho-education to patients and families about their condition, diagnosis, prognosis and therapy plan
- Carry out various modalities of therapy like CBT, CAT, DBT, Psychodynamaic Psychotherapy, MET, Family therapy, child and adolescent interventions, Cognitive Enhancement Therapy, Behavioural modification, Social Skills Training, Anxiety Management, Relaxation, JPMR etc
- All assessments and therapies to be discussed with Clinical Psychologist / Psychiatrist for supervision
- To attend to psychological needs of inpatients to carry out relevant assessments and therapies
- To conduct group therapy sessions in inpatient unit and for outpatients
- To document all assessments and interventions in the medical records thoroughly
- To prepare reports of all assessments and interventions as required
- To communicate with referring Doctors / Psychologists regularly and effectively as appropriate
- To work within a multi-disciplinary team of Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Psychiatric Nurses, Speech Therapist and admin staff of the hospital
- To display highest level of integrity, time management and team player skills
- To participate in academic sessions with the team and awareness talks / workshops that are conducted regularly
- To maintain confidentiality and safeguard patient's rights and dignity
- To follow organisation policies, SoPs and protocols
- To maintain professional membership
- To participate in teaching and training junior psychologists, interns etc
- To participate in team meetings, audit meetings and other meetings as requested

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
