**JOB PROFILE**

Reach Psychiatry & Wellness is a unique Psychiatric and Wellness clinic for Children, Adolescents and Adults. We have an expert team of psychiatrists & Psychologists in Bangalore that specialize in the treatment of mental health disorders and in diagnosing psychiatric conditions.

Mental Health assessments and online counselling are also provided at Reach Psychiatry. Our therapy sessions are executed by some of the best therapists in Bangalore who assist in dealing with depression, stress, anxiety, sexual health, career issues, relationships, parenting, family, marriage, child behavior and more.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct 1-1 therapy sessions
- Appropriately note down patients presenting complaints and provide them with the necessary assessments to reach an accurate diagnosis
- Perform psychological evaluations
- Maintain necessary documentation for sessions
- Put in place necessary processes for the smooth running of our therapist team
- Comfort with psychometric testing
- Strong organizational and management skills

**REQUIREMENTS**
- We are looking for an experienced therapist who is flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
- The therapist should be well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
- We would require the therapist to also be well acquainted with mindfulness-based practices
- Should have proper knowledge regarding DSM-5 diagnoses, as well as familiarity with providing accurate diagnosis for patients

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At the minimum, MSc Degree in Clinical Psychology or equivalent
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience seeing clients with a range of clinical concerns

**WORKING HOURS**
- Monday-Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm

**LANGUAGES SPOKEN**
- English (required)
- Kannada (preferred)
- Hindi (preferred)
- Tamil (preferred)

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
