Position Overview:
ISBR Business School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team on a part-time basis, working three days a week. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for providing counseling, psychological support, and mental health services to students.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct individual counseling sessions for students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological challenges, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

2. Provide crisis intervention and support services to students in distress, including risk assessments, safety planning, and referrals to appropriate resources.

3. Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and group therapy sessions on topics such as stress management, resilience-building, interpersonal skills, and mental health awareness.

4. Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty members, and administrative staff to identify students in need of psychological support and develop proactive intervention strategies.

5. Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting counseling sessions, assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

6. Conduct psychological assessments and screenings to evaluate students' mental health concerns, diagnose disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans.

7. Provide consultation and guidance to faculty and staff members on mental health issues, crisis management, and strategies for supporting students' well-being.

8. Stay current with developments in the field of psychology, participate in continuing education programs, and contribute to the development of mental health initiatives at ISBR Business School.

Qualifications:

- Master's or doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution.
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist or Counselor in [State/Country].
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing counseling or psychotherapy services, preferably in an educational or student counseling setting.
- Strong knowledge of counseling theories, therapeutic interventions, and ethical guidelines for working with diverse populations.
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, and cultural sensitivity in working with students from various backgrounds and experiences.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) or counseling software for documentation and case management.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
