SA-MUDRA Foundation is a registered charitable organization based in Bengaluru, dedicated to promoting youth wellness and empowerment through a comprehensive and holistic approach. The foundation conducts various programs and initiatives to support and uplift the younger generation, focusing on their mental, emotional, and social development.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Sanjay Nagar, Bangalore. The Psychologist will be responsible for conducting psychological assessments, providing counseling and mental health support, do telephonic counselling and developing individualized treatment plans. The role also involves participation in community outreach programs and supporting the foundation's mission of youth empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct psychological assessments and develop treatment plans.

* Provide counseling and therapeutic support to individuals and groups.

* Participate in community outreach and awareness programs in schools and colleges.

* Attend to our Telephonic calls Yuva Helpline for counseling

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement mental health initiatives.

* Support the foundation's programs focusing on youth wellness and empowerment.

* Maintain records and reports as per organizational and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications

- Education: Master's degree in Psychology

- Women applicants only.

- Preferred Location: Candidates residing in or around Sanjaynagar, Bengaluru (must be able to commute daily with own vehicle).

- Must know Kannada and English fluently

Skills & Competencies

* Strong knowledge of Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health principles.

* Proficiency in Psychological Assessment and Treatment Planning.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

* Experience in youth wellness, empowerment, or community outreach is an added advantage.

Work Schedule

* Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

* Saturday:9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation

* Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
