**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Management**: Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media). Ensure campaigns are optimized for maximum ROI and performance.
- **Keyword Research**: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and negative keywords to refine targeting and improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Ad Creation**: Create compelling ad copy and design ads that align with our brand and resonate with our target audience. Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor and manage PPC budgets, ensuring efficient spend allocation and cost-effective campaign management.
- **Performance Analysis**: Analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, conversion rates) using analytics tools and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, budget usage, and ROI. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- **Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging PPC technologies to continuously improve our approach and stay ahead of the competition.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the SEO team, content creators, and other marketing professionals to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment with overall marketing goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, ideally in the real estate sector or a similar industry.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive ad copy and present insights effectively.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Facebook Ads: 1 year (preferred)
- Digital Marketing agency: 1 year (preferred)
- Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)
