**Responsibilities**:

- Support in tracking and reporting conversions, store visits regularly.
- Collaborate with the PPC Manager and Executive to align paid search activities with broader marketing strategies.
- Contribute to managing PPC budgets, platform accounts, and stakeholder relationships.
- Participate in executing and optimising PPC campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Social Media ads, Bing, etc.).
- Assist in end-to-end campaign management, including forecasting, execution, monitoring, evaluation, and optimization for sales generation.
- Contribute to keyword and audience research for effective targeting.
- Collaborate in managing and editing campaign budgets, adjusting bids to optimise ROAS.
- Assist in tracking daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, identifying optimization opportunities.
- Assist in producing engaging, clear, and concise copy for campaigns.
- Collaborate to ensure campaigns are aligned across multiple channels to avoid wasted spend or crossover.
- Support in mitigating the risk of click fraud and irrelevant spend.
- Play a role in training and supporting other marketing team members in PPC best practices.

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience as a PPC executive or assistant focused on SEM.
- Experience working in-house for e-commerce brands or in an agency setting for e-commerce clients.
- Digital Media or a related field, with Google Ads certification.
- Experience with multiple platforms, e.g. **AdWords, Facebook Ads, TikTok, Bing **etc.
- Expert knowledge of **Google AdWords **, **Google Merchant Center **, **Google Analytics **(and eCommerce View), **Google Tag Manager **, **SEM **, **Google Shopping **, **Google Search **, **Google Display **and **Youtube Ads **, **PMAX campaign **s etc.
- You’ll need **strong analytical **and **numeracy skills **, and be confident translating large amounts of data into comprehensible or visual reports.
- **Expertise **using and **manipulating paid **search dashboards to **optimise **spend.
- Confidence using **Google Analytics **and similar tools.
- Excellent communication, both verbal and written, and experience presenting reports and optimisations.
- Must have a strong track record in managing medium to **large-sized budgets **.
- Experience building, connecting, optimising, and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center
- Must have an experience to work for multiple accounts on multiple ads and 3rd party platforms.
- Experience working with agencies and 3rd party vendors.
- Certifications:

- Google Ads Search
- Google Universal Analytics
- Google Ads Display
- Google Ads Video
- Google Shopping Ads
- Google Ads Smart campaigns

**Nice to have**:

- Understanding of broad-stroke digital marketing concepts and SEO.
- Knowledge of Data Studio and/or other data visualisation tools is a plus
- AdWords or a similar certification will be a plus.
- Effective account management skills
- Good working Knowledge of Firebase (push notifications)
- Google working knowledge of Google Tag Manager
