**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming student inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and website
- Provide accurate course information, fees, and schedule details
- Follow up with potential leads and maintain CRM entries
- Coordinate with internal teams for admissions, payments, and certificates
- Maintain records of student payments and document verification
- Assist in basic office admin tasks when required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, admissions, or education sales
- Good communication skills in **Tamil and English**:

- Familiar with Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Trustworthy, disciplined, and student-friendly attitude

**Job Type**:
Full-Time, On-site
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM

**Salary**:
₹8,000 - ₹12,000/month (Based on experience + incentives for conversion)
